Parties at WOW! are a great way to spend time with your family and friends in a safe, formative, fun, and educational environment.  We have a variety of time slots available during business hours, Tuesday-Sunday.  For parties booked during business hours, there is an 8 child minimum and 19 child maximum.  For more information or to make a reservation call today!

Party Time Slots:

• Tuesday-Friday: 10:00am-12:00pm; 12:00pm-2:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am-12:00pm; 11:00am-1:00pm; 12:00pm-2:00pm; 1:00pm-3:00pm; 2:00pm-4:00pm; 3:00pm-5:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm
• Sunday: 12:00pm-2:00pm; 1:00pm-3:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm

WOW! Party Package Includes:

• 2-hour party time including 1 hour in a private room
• Admission to the Museum for all children attending the party
• Plates, cups, napkins and forks for all party children
• 5 complimentary place settings for adults
• Birthday crown and balloons for birthday child

Cost:

• $12.00 per child (8-12 children); $11.50 per child (13-19 children)
• $30 deposit due at time of reservation
• Free admission for adults and infants
• 10% discount for WOW! Members

Customize your party by adding on any of the following:

• Extra Party Room – $20.00 (For parties of 10 kids or less.  Larger parties automatically receive 2 party rooms)
• 2nd Birthday Child Set Up – $2.00 (Includes crown and balloons for additional birthday child)
• Museum Gifts/Favors – $4.75 each
• Drinks – $3.00 per pitcher.  Options include Lemonade or Apple Juice
• Extra Paperware Set – $0.75 (Includes plate, cup, napkin and fork)
• Pizza from Domino’s – $8.99 + tax for Large 1 topping pizza; $10.99 + tax for Extra Large 1 topping pizza; additional toppings are $1.25 each
• Cupcakes from eats & sweets – $30.25 + tax for dozen.  Options include vanilla or chocolate cupcakes; topped with vanilla butter cream frosting and sprinkles.
• Sandwich Platters from eats & sweets – $29.95 + tax.  Serves 10; choice of 2 different sandwiches per platter.   Sandwich options include: Italian, Roast Beef, Turkey and Vegetarian.
• Please note that tax will be added for food and supply add-ons.
• Due to a worldwide shortage of helium, WOW! will no longer be able to supply extra helium balloons for parties.  We are working on an alternative – stay tuned for details!

Party Policies:

48 hour advanced reservation required.

Deposits are taken at the time of reservation and are deducted from your total on the party day. Deposits are non-refundable.  For cancellations, WOW! will issue a credit for future services.   Final payment, based on the number of children attending, is due at the conclusion of the birthday party.

Forms of payment accepted are cash, check (with valid Colorado Driver’s License), Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Please leave items such as, piñatas, confetti and silly string at home as the Museum is unable to accommodate them.  Also, please no red or purple juice as it stains tables and floors.  Alcohol is not permitted.

Free admission for accompanying adults!  WOW! requires 1 adult for every 5 children. Active adult supervision of all children in the party is required to ensure that the Museum atmosphere is safe, pleasant and rewarding for everyone.
