Summer Hours:

Summer Hours begin on May 25th

  • Tuesday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
    • Toddler Hour on Tuesday & Wednesday from 9:00am-10:00am (for children ages 5 years and younger)
  • Saturday: 10:00am-6:00pm
  • Sunday & Monday: Closed

*If there’s inclement weather, please check our homepage, calendar or Facebook page for updates on delayed openings or early closures.  We also post weather related business hour changes with all local TV news channels.

Holidays:

WOW! Children’s Museum follows the Boulder Valley School District calendar.  If there is a BVSD No School Day on a Monday, WOW! will be open from 9:00am-5:00pm.  Please refer to the calendar page for more information.

WOW! is closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.

Toddler Hour:

On Tuesday & Wednesday mornings from 9:00am-10:00am, only children ages 5 and under are admitted during Toddler Hour.  Toddler Hour gives young children the opportunity to explore the Museum with other kids their own age.  We welcome toddlers to also visit anytime during business hours.

    Bring your kids to WOW! for a fun-filled story time with books, rhymes and songs. This drop in program is included with Museum admission.

  • Romping Stomping Dinosaurs 3-5 years old

    July 31, 2014

    Ages 3-5 years old (with a guardian). Learn about different types of dinosaurs and the characteristics that make each one special. See and touch fossils; compare them to each other and to modern animals. Make a dinosaur of your own to take home.
